These terms and conditions govern the use of the 24Magic website and all games, promotions and account services offered on it. By registering an account, a player accepts these terms in full. 24Magic reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, with the current version always available at this address.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place a wager.
- 24Magic may request proof of age and identity at any point, and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.
- Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register.
- One account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any linked funds forfeited.
2. Account Registration
Players must provide accurate, current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. 24Magic verifies account details against supplied identification before processing withdrawals, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice across the New Zealand gambling sector. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 24Magic may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before releasing a large withdrawal, and reserves the right to delay payment while such checks are completed.
4. Bonuses And Promotions
- The welcome bonus and any other promotional offer are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated on the promotions page at the time the offer is claimed.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request including those funds can be processed.
- Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Pokies typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and Crash contribute at a reduced rate, listed on the promotions page.
- 24Magic reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and to refuse a bonus to any account showing signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or coordinating play with other users to guarantee an outcome.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless stated otherwise.
5. Fair Play And Game Rules
All games on 24Magic use a certified random number generator, independently tested for fairness. Crash rounds use a provably fair algorithm that players can verify after each round. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and follow standard rules for each respective game, as outlined on the relevant game page.
24Magic reserves the right to void any round or wager found to result from a technical malfunction, an exploit of a software error, or collusion between players. In such cases, the affected wager will be refunded at the original stake amount.
6. Responsible Gambling
24Magic supports responsible gambling and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion. 7. Account Suspension And Closure
24Magic may suspend or close an account where it suspects fraud, underage access, breach of these terms, or activity that risks the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, 24Magic reserves the right to withhold funds connected to the breach, subject to applicable law.
Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support, including a temporary self-exclusion period or a permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.
8. Limitation Of Liability
24Magic is not liable for losses arising from a player’s internet connection, device malfunction, or third-party payment processing delays. While reasonable steps are taken to keep the platform available at all times, 24Magic does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from downtime.
9. Privacy And Data
Player data is collected and processed in line with the site’s privacy practices, used for account administration, verification, fraud prevention and, where a player has opted in, marketing communications. Players may request a copy of their data or its deletion, subject to record-keeping obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering regulation.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from use of the site should first be raised with 24Magic support at support@24magic.co.nz before any other action is taken.
